CircusYoga for Adults Ongoing

CircusYoga for adults is back! Give yourself permission to let your inner kid out to play with us!
CircusYoga is spirit at play; connection, creativity, skill building, and fun. This will be largely a partner acro/flying yoga based class, but all aspects of circus yoga (juggling & prop manipulations, group games, partner yoga etc.) will be experienced.
All eligible CircusYoga teachers are welcome to teach this class, so you have the opportunity to enjoy many skilled & talented teachers in our community, including CircusYoga founders Erin & Kevin O'Keefe! We also want you to come and share and play with us your very favorite childhood games—we love learning new things for our magic circus bag!
