Aerial Classes with Heidi Button

Brooklyn Aerial Classes: Static trapeze, beginner silks, single point trapeze
Heidi Button is teaching static trapeze, beginner aerial silks, single point trapeze, and rope.
In class we'll be focusing on proper form and building poise and grace by learning to use the apparatus as an extension of the body itself.
Beginners will learn better body awareness through basic movements or tricks. Later, we'll string these tricks together to form routines, always integrating each persons unique style and flavor.
Classes on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesday, & Wednesdays.
