Seanna Sharpe is teaching the following workshops:
Silk Cloud Swing & Hammock
This class uses both silk cloud swing (double point) and hammock (single point) for climbs, wraps, drops, and stretches, bringing together aerial dance and yoga for a movement experience that opens, strengthens, and releases.
When: Saturdays, 4:30–5:30pm
Where: The Skybox, 342 Maujer St, Brooklyn, NY (theskybox.org)
Registration: theskybox.org or contact Seanna, 541-941-4834 or thecircustentialist@gmail.com
Cloud Swing
Cloud swing is a soft, pliable rope hung in a loop, so it functions like silks, corde lisse, and trapeze in one! Weekly open-level cloud swing class teaches twists, wraps, climbs, and drops. Really, it's too much fun.
When: Wednesdays, 9–11pm
Where: The Trapeze Loft, 91 N 1st St, Brooklyn, NY (thetrapezeloft.com)
Registration: Class does fill, and reservations are required. Please call Seanna, 541-941-4834, or e-mail thecircustentialist@gmail.com to reserve your spot!
