International Physical Theatre Laboratory (Slovenia) July 1–12

Intensive practical training under the guidance of Sergei Ostrenko (Russia).
The Lab is open to performers from different creative genres and techniques inspired by physical theater as a bold, vibrant, and multidimensional approach to contemporary theater performance. Participants will explore physicality as the principal creative instrument. In theater, dance, circus, or any other kind of performance, the performer's trained body inspires, astonishes, and surprises spectators' feelings.
Participants: actors of physical, dramatic, dance, and musical theaters; circus performers; dancers; choreographers; and directors.
When: July 1–12, 2009
Where: Bovec Culture House in the beautiful resort town of Bovec in the Slovenian Alps.
Hotel accommodation and meals are organized for the group.
