Spring Circus Classes at Streb with Schreger

WildCard Circus
Thursdays 6–7pm
Celebrate the diversity of circus arts with this multi-disciplinary, open-level class. Each week the focus of this class will switch; from tumbling and partner balancing to silks, lyra, solo and duo trapeze. This class is ideal for both students looking for a fun way to get in shape and meet new friends or serious circus enthusiasts looking to gain new skills, strength, and body awareness through the power of cross training on variety of apparatus.
This week's focus will be on understanding your core through ground based and aerial work... love thy belly!
Open Level Aerial Silks
Thursdays 7–8pm
Learn to suspend, drop, twist, and climb in the widely popular, beautiful and challenging world of aerial silks. Silks is a wonderful way to build strength and stamina, challenging both body and mind. This is an open-level class suitable for students from the beginning through the adv intermediate level. Advanced and professional students seeking high-level skills and choreography will likely be bored.
Prices:
25$ as a drop-in (either class)
100$ for a five class card. Classes may be taken at any time.
45$ if you take WildCard and Silks back to back on the same day
