Partner Acrobatics Workshop

Description:
Join Bronwyn Sims, professional acrobat and aerialist, for an amazing
workshop to learn the elements of
balancing, and working with a partner. We will warm up with an
energetic combo of partner stretches, core
conditioning, and yoga then move into more acrobatic partner balances
and poses. Beginner and intermediate
levels welcome. No previous acrobatic or yoga experience required, but
general physical fitness is
strongly suggested. Also, it is not required that you need to arrive
with a partner.
