Corde Lisse Classes at Streb
Posted March 12, 2008
Note: Posted as received.
Rope (corde lisse) classes are now back at Streb, taught by Susie
Williams. The class is one hour long and focuses on basic skills and
longer sequences. All levels are welcome. If you've never done rope
before, you'll find this class is a good way to build strength and to
learn to use momentum in all your aerial work. If you have rope
experience, then this is a great place to learn new choreography. It
is recommended to wear two layers (tights plus leggings/pants) as the
rope does tend to be harder on skin than fabric. Classes max out at
four people and are $30. if you plan to attend regularly, there is a
frequent climber price available.
Class is every Friday from 6:30-7:30pm.
Privates available upon request.
