Umbilical Brothers June 28–July 11
Posted June 18, 2009
UPDATE: 07/03/09 Get two tickets for the price of one! Use CODE "UmbiesFF" to pay half price on the regularly $49 or $35 tickets (now $24.50 and $17.50). Only valid in person at the Joyce or by calling 212-842-0800.
Note: Look for Ambrose "Manchego" Martos in a show-stealing role. Posted as gleaned.
Equipped with one microphone, two twisted imaginations, and some seriously amped up vocal cords, the kings of theatrical action comedy bring the best of their worst in Speedmouse. These toon-like troublemakers effortlessly mimic every sound imaginable, creating a warped world where they whip up another "uproarious fiesta of carefully choreographed mayhem" (Time Out New York). Leave the kiddies at home for this sensational show that must be "heard" to be believed!
When:
June 28–July 11, 2009
Monday–Wednesday, 7:30pm

Hot tip from Ambrose: Since it is primarily a dance theater, the front three rows are the cheapest seats. But for the Umbilical Brothers show they will be quite good so get those while you can!
