Circus Skills Share In the Park August 10
Posted August 8, 2008
Note: Dirt hosted one of these last week, and apparently it was a
lot of fun, so he's doing it again: same place, different time. If
you're lucky, you might invited to Mike's for sushi
afterwards.
Note from Mike "Dirt" Saab:
Last week's Circus Skills Share in the Park was a great success. Many
attended with great skills to share. We even had the opportunity to
light up and spin fire after the sun set. With such great energy and
enthusiasm why not continue and watch this grow?
There are plenty of restaurants and produce stores around to keep us
fed and hydrated. All are welcome. Feel free to sit on a blanket and
watch or jump in and participate. We are in a comfortable grassy
shaded place, and it's a great way to spend the Sunday afternoon. I
even noticed a few trees great for hanging a trapeze or running a
slack rope.
Bring drums, stilts, poi, juggling, unicycle, acro, blankets, picnic
baskets, etc.
Where:
Maria Hernandez Park (Bushwick)
Directions:

FYI:
The park has a lot of energetic, lovable, and interactive kids who
will want to participate and watch. They are great.
