This month's barrage of exciting event listings continues to remind us
we're living in the cultural capital of the world.
A few highlights:
- Pratt juggling club is closed for the summer semester. Come back next year!
- SLAM SHOW 11 premieres three new works. The run closes May 18, so if you haven't been yet, go now.
- For those who can't wait until it makes it to NYC in 2009, Cirque du
Soleil's Kooza opens in Philadelphia May 8. The show features the "world's greatest juggler," Anthony Gatto.
- The Bindlestiffs are getting around this month: Stephanie is riding
high on May 10, and Keith is leading a juggling workshop May 18th.
- The Maestrosities are launching a new monthly variety show next week. Their opening night features guest performers Julie Atlas Muz, Magic Brian, and Paolo Garbanzo.
