Seeking Managing Director for Philadelphia School of Circus Arts

Now accepting resumes for the position of managing director at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, the region’s only circus school. PSCA offers classes in static aerials, acrobatics, juggling, tight wire, and more, for both children and adults. We seek a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to oversee administrative functions including: finance, personnel, planning and development, marketing, and board relations to ensure the efficient operation and future growth of the circus school. A successful candidate will be a team player with 3+ years of leadership and upper-level management experience with similar or larger performing arts organization. Position is full-time, beginning early 2012.
