Weekly Classes at the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics with Trevor Kafka

Trevor Kafka will be teaching weekly aerial classes on Saturdays and Sundays at the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics starting the second weekend of September! There will be four regular classes in both aerial fabric and static trapeze at both beginner and intermediate/advanced levels.
There holds a minimum of three attendees for classes to be held (so bring your friends!). Preregistration at least 48 hours in advance is essential!
Trevor Kafka is a 2011 graduate of the Professional Track program at the Brattleboro, VT New England Center for Circus Arts, instructed by former Cirque du Soleil performers Elsie Smith, Serenity Smith Forchion, and Bill Forchion and former Cirque Éloize performer Aimée Hancock among others. Trevor has completed both the aerial fabric teacher training and static trapeze teacher training at NECCA and has been teaching aerial acrobatics this summer at World Cup Gymnastics in Chappaqua, NY and Concord Academy Summer Camp in Concord, MA.

When:
Weekly drop-in class schedule (all classes are 90 minutes):Beginning static trapeze: Saturdays 3–4:30pm
Int/Adv Static Trapeze: Sundays 5–6:30pm
Beginning Aerial Fabric: Sundays 3–4:30pm
Int/Adv Aerial Fabric: Saturdays 5–6:30pm
Schedule irregularities to be aware of:
-Saturday, September 10: No classes
-Saturday, September 17: Mixed-level aerial fabric 3–4:30p and mixed-level static trapeze 5–6:30pm.
-Sunday, September 25 AND Sunday October 2: No classes (Trapeze and fabric classes on the corresponding Saturdays will become mixed-level classes).
Trevor will also be offering private/semiprivate lessons (eight students maximum) during the following time slots: Saturdays/Sundays: 1–2:30pm and 7–9pm. Rates are dependent on the number of attendees.
