So you think you have what it takes, clown?
Are you clown enough to step up to the Bongar Challenge?
Do you have enough clown panache to appear in the Clown Big Time?
Bring your top clown game to The New York Downtown Clown Revue on July 20, 2009, and accept The Bongar Challenge!
THE CHALLENGE:
- Be funny!
- Be honest!
- Be simple!
- And do it in three minutes!
That's right: that's the challenge, three minutes.
You perform, Clown Superstars will judge.
Cash prizes.
Acclaim and respect from your peers.
Strangers will like you.
Rules:
- Your routine must be three minutes or less.
- You should only make one entrance and one exit.
- Your material should be new to the Clown Revue.
- Neither you nor any of your relatives are employees of the NY Downtown Clown Revue or any of its affiliates.
Be warned: If you exceed three minutes, Bongar's stooges will unceremoniously yank you from the stage.
